No. The Lubb ERP Builder Platform plan is one flat monthly price per site, for your whole team — there is no user cap. Add-ons are flat per site too, so they do not change with the number of users either. The pricing table states the price and the usage limit against each add-on.

Adding people to your team does not change your bill — there are no seats to buy. It changes when you switch on an add-on. The one thing that can add a charge as you grow is going past the usage limit that comes with an app — companies, employees, units, tills, bank accounts, mail storage, designs, videos, AI edits, SMS, sends or AI credits — see "Are there usage limits, and what happens if I go over?" under Billing and invoices. Every app without a limit is one flat price, however many people use it.

Annually, if you can — you pay for 10 months and get 2 free. You are invoiced once for the year, up front, and it renews on the same date each year. No. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to any price on this page and none appears on your invoice. What you see is what you pay. It also means what you receive is an invoice rather than a tax invoice, so there is no VAT for your own business to claim back on it.

No setup fee for self-serve signups. For larger rollouts we offer fixed-scope onboarding packages — your account manager will quote this up front so there are no surprises.

Included — there is no support tier to buy and no per-incident charge. You are supported by our own team in Centurion, on infrastructure hosted in South Africa, so the answer to "who do I call" is a person in your own timezone. Fixed-scope onboarding for a larger rollout is the one thing quoted separately, and it is quoted up front before anyone starts.

Some need another app to run: the top of each app's own page names the app it needs, and ticking one on the pricing table adds what it needs. Custom development is separate — by the hour or on a monthly care and maintenance retainer.

One month's notice, at any time, from your organization settings — there is nothing to phone about and no minimum term to see out. Your final invoice covers that notice month; after it your books stay exactly as you left them and we do not delete anything without asking you first.
